In association with Verizon Wireless, Mybullfrog.com will be launching a GOLD STORE designation
This is a quarterly program reported monthly on progress. The time frame for our quarterly measurement starts with July, August and September. Everybody qualified in July which means we are 100%.
The purpose of this program is to set a standard of excellence regarding daily operations that both Verizon and Mybullfrog.com will expect from its premium locations. Having GOLD STORE status is something to be proud of and to strive for. Not only will it increase our customer satisfaction and sales potential, it will increase personal pride and satisfaction for every member of the Mybullfrog family.
GOLD STORE qualifications will focus on the following areas:
- Store Cleanliness
- Operational Performance
- Sales Performance
The system is simple and can be tracked with regular reporting so as a team we can make adjustments as needed to stay on course. Our goal is to get each mybullfrog.com location designated GOLD STATUS this year.
GOLD STORE EXPECTATIONS
- 70% NPS Score Rating
- 40% Pull Through Percentage (or more)
- 50% Care Percentage (or more)
- Overall cleanliness and organization- judged by DM’s/DOS/VZW (hint) starts with the bathrooms
- Merchandising excellence- No outdated materials
- Floors cleaned and vacuumed
- Operations Excellence- judged regularly by DM’s & Operation teams
- Marketing & Review participation- judged by DM’s & Marketing team
Reporting on this program will be sent out monthly and listed on the HUB for review. Achievement rankings will be announced and posted quarterly.
